Our classes are based around strength, flexibility, and muscular resilience. Come join other SHIELD members in a fun group setting. This can also be a good starting point for beginners learning about resistance training.

Focus on one heavy lift with accessory movements to progressively get stronger.

Work out using free weights to help build muscular stability from complementary muscles.

Held twice a week with one day of push and one day of pull to ensure you work every muscle that week.

Low-impact and low-intensity class to focus on training your body to recover quickly and naturally.
