Work one-on-one with an ARMORY coach for workouts tailored exactly to your needs and goals. Every session includes expert instruction, form correction, and progress tracking.
Pricing: Available in 30- or 60-minute sessions. Packages of 1, 4, 8, 12, or 16 sessions.
OneFit is the most personalized format — perfect if you want maximum accountability, customization, and direct feedback.
FriendFit
Train Together. Push Harder. Go Further.
Work out with 2–4 participants in a fun, social setting that still gives you plenty of individual attention. You’ll push harder alongside others while staying guided by expert coaching.
Pricing: Available in 30- or 60-minute sessions. Packages of 1, 4, 8, 12, or 16 sessions.
FriendFit blends the best of both worlds — the accountability and camaraderie of training with others, paired with more focus and coaching than a large class.


VirtualFit
Coaching That Travels With You
VirtualFit gives you the full ARMORY coaching experience, no matter where you are. Your trainer designs a personalized program, adapts it as you progress, and holds you accountable through the TeamBuildR app. Whether you’re at home, on the road, or in another state, VirtualFit keeps you consistent and connected to your goals.
Pricing: $100 per month with unlimited access to your evolving, personalized program.

GroupFit

GroupFit at THE ARMORY is more than just another workout class. It’s about rediscovering your strength, training with intention, and being part of a community that challenges and supports you every step of the way. Our instructor-led classes are held at consistent times each week and are designed to improve strength, conditioning, mobility, and confidence — while keeping you motivated through accountability and variety.
Unlike studios that only provide workouts, GroupFit is backed by a complete performance system: on-site medical care, physical therapy, recovery services, and nutrition support. Every class is structured to help you train safely, progress steadily, and have fun doing it.

Build strength, gain muscle, and improve overall body composition through targeted resistance work and functional movement. This full-body class challenges all fitness levels and helps boost performance, endurance, and metabolism. Led by Tyler Watling, you’ll leave each session feeling stronger, more defined, and ready for whatever comes next.
Functional Strength

Wednesday: 5:30-6:30pm & Saturday: 8:00-9:00am
Blend weight training, cardio intervals, and bodyweight movements to build total-body strength and conditioning. Each session focuses on proper form, power, and endurance—all scalable to your current fitness level. Led by John Hosgood, this class offers a supportive environment with varied workouts that challenge and motivate every participant.
Progressing in Strength

Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday: 5:30-6:30pm
A structured, adaptable resistance training class designed for all levels. Whether you're new to strength work, returning from injury, or ready to level up, Coach Aaron Alvelo will tailor each session to meet your goals. Learn proper technique, build confidence, and progress through challenging variations—all in a supportive group setting that keeps you moving forward.
Battle Rounds
With Kobe Woodall
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 6:45-7:45pm
This high-energy class blends boxing fundamentals—footwork, movement, range, and striking—with strength circuits to build real-world power and resilience. Led by former D2 football player and pro MMA fighter Kobe Woodall, each session is designed to improve confidence, sharpen technique, and push your limits. No experience needed. Bringing your own gloves and hand wraps is encouraged for comfort and safety.
Strength Foundations
With Kailyn Williams
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday: 12:00-1:00pm
Build strength, mobility, and stability through proper movement and sound technique. This class focuses on injury prevention and muscular endurance, with power-based exercises to boost circulation and functional capacity. Led by Kailyn Williams, every session is accessible for all fitness levels—with modifications available to meet you where you are.
Powerhouse Pilates
With Alissa Ray
Wednesday: 6:45-7:45pm
Strength starts at the center — both physically and mentally. This 60-minute class uses breath-driven, low-impact movements to activate your deep core and improve total-body control. You’ll slow down, move with intention, and build a powerful connection between mind and muscle. A perfect complement to heavy lifting, Pilates helps sharpen body awareness, enhance mobility, and develop the kind of strength that supports you everywhere.

Whether you’re looking to stay active, sharpen your skills, or just enjoy some friendly competition, this is your chance to hit the court and connect with other members.

Power Yoga

This energizing and fast-paced class blends strength and mindfulness for an empowering and balanced yoga practice. Little Tumblers (Ages 3–K)

Xtreme Hip Hop

This energizing step-aerobics class blends cardio, rhythm, and strength training for a workout that feels more like fun than exercise. Set to upbeat music, participants learn choreographed step patterns that build coordination, stamina, and confidence.
