Consultation
Sit down with a registered dietitian to take a closer look at how you fuel your body. Through an in-depth review of your diet, daily habits, and goals, we’ll help you understand what’s working — and what’s holding you back. Together, we’ll design a clear, actionable plan to help you feel stronger, perform better, and live healthier every day.
Dietary Planning
Using your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) results, your dietitian will create a personalized meal plan that breaks down exactly what your body needs. You’ll receive detailed macro targets and practical food strategies to help you build momentum, improve recovery, and sustain progress long-term.

Functional Testing
Advanced diagnostics for hormone, gut, and immune health.
Functional testing helps identify root causes of chronic symptoms by looking beyond surface-level lab results. Unlike traditional tests that often flag only extreme imbalances, functional tests offer a deeper, more personalized look at how your body is functioning — from hormone metabolism to gut health to immune response.
Click on the link below to learn more about functional tests that may be ordered by your ARMORY Provider.
Every Test Includes Expert Guidance
All tests include professional interpretation and a personalized nutrition/lifestyle plan by our Registered Dietitian. For non-members, follow-up sessions are available for an additional fee. Payment is required before kit shipment; although testing is not billable to insurance, HSA/FSA funds may be used (check your plan).

DUTCH Complete - Hormone & Adrenal Function
Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones
What it is:
The DUTCH Complete (by Precision Analytical) is a dried-urine hormone panel that measures sex hormones (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), adrenal hormones (cortisol, cortisone, DHEA-S) as well as their metabolites, and circadian rhythm of cortisol and melatonin.
What it tests & results tell you:
-
Production levels, metabolism and clearance of hormones—not just snapshot levels.
-
Adrenal rhythm (24-hour cortisol pattern) for stress / HPA axis insight.
-
Hormone balance, metabolite ratios (which may influence weight, mood, menstrual health, sleep).
Cost: $300.00
Food Sensitivity / Immune Reactivity Panel
What it is:
A blood (serum or blood-spot) food sensitivity panel that measures immune responses (IgG, IgG4, sometimes IgE, C3d) to dozens or hundreds of common food antigens. For example: the FAST 88 Foods (IgE/IgG4/IgG) by Infinite Allergy Labs measures 88 food antigens with IgE, IgG4, IgG and complement.
What it tests & results tell you:
-
Immune reactivity to specific foods which may trigger symptoms via inflammation, GI distress, skin or mood issues.
-
Supports elimination/rotation diet plans guided by lab data rather than broad elimination.
Cost: $129.00

GI-MAP - Gut & Microbiome / Stool Health
Gastrointestinal Microbial Assay Plus
What it is:
The GI‑MAP stool assay (by Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory) is a comprehensive stool test that uses quantitative PCR and other advanced techniques to evaluate gut microbiome balance, pathogens, parasites/viruses/fungi, digestion/absorption markers, gut immune/inflammation markers.
What it tests & results tell you:
-
Presence/quantity of harmful microbes (parasites, H. pylori, fungi) and beneficial commensal bacteria.
-
Markers of digestion, absorption (e.g., fat/protein breakdown), gut inflammation/immune activation.
-
Insight into how gut health may be impacting systemic symptoms (skin, mood, recovery, metabolism).
