Consultation
Meet with a registered dietitian to assess your eating habits, set a goal, and develop a plan. By going over your eating habits and your overall lifestyle we are able to assess what diet is best for you. Looking at your current calorie intake, the value of those calories, your daily activities, and any health conditions, we are able to develop a dietary plan to optimize your health and accomplish your health goals.
Dietary Planning
Receive an individualized meal plan from our dietitian, breaking down exactly what your body needs with a specific macro breakdown using the results from an Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) test. This service is separate from SHIELD.
Frequently Asked Questions
Discussion of your current dietary habits and lifestyle, health/nutrition goals, readiness for change, and specific dietary adjustments both relevant and realistic for individual needs.

The most efficient way to schedule an appointment with a medical provider at THE ARMORY is via email at medical@wearethearmory.com. Other ways to schedule are to drop by THE ARMORY and speak directly with a Wellness Coordinator or to give us a call.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
Our Cancellation & No Show Policy is an effort to continue to provide the highest quality care and to reach the most patients possible.

If we do not receive at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling, a $75 fee will be applied to your account.
