YouthFit Training Programs at THE ARMORY are designed for students in grades 4 through 7 who want to move better, get stronger, and build confidence. We provide the structure, accountability, and variety young people need to make meaningful progress.
Whether a student is new to strength and conditioning or interested in developing skills in basketball or volleyball, our coaches deliver expert instruction, consistent feedback, and a positive environment that makes training both productive and enjoyable.
Our focus is simple: teach movement fundamentals, build healthy habits, and help young people develop a genuine love for fitness that will carry into middle school, high school, and beyond.

Youth Strength & Conditioning
This is an introduction to strength and conditioning for athletes in grades 4-7. A foundation-focused training experience designed to build strong movement habits early. Athletes develop strength, speed, coordination, agility, mobility, and body control in a structured, age-appropriate environment while learning proper technique and safe training fundamentals. We focus on confidence, resilience, and well-rounded athletic development to help young athletes move better, reduce injury risk, and build the foundation needed to thrive in sport long-term.
Youth Basketball
Designed for our younger athletes in grades 4-7, join a focused, high-quality training session prioritizing development and reinforcing essential basketball skills in players of all levels. Each session emphasizes key elements such as footwork, ball handling, shooting, attack moves, and effective passing and receiving. Led by experienced coaches, these sessions help athletes build confidence, improve technique, and deepen their understanding of the game in a structured, engaging environment designed to support individual growth and team success.


Youth Volleyball
Designed for athletes in grades 4-7, with an emphasis on technical skill development for players of all levels and playing experiences. Each session incorporates key elements such as footwork, serving, passing, setting, attacking, and defensive movements. In a positive and engaging atmosphere, players will develop strong fundamentals, gain confidence, and grow their love and understanding for the game, all while building the foundations of teamwork and personal growth.
