HSA / FSA Eligibility
Your Path. Your Choice.
Many of THE ARMORY’s medical services and medical memberships are eligible for payment using Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
HSA and FSA funds may be applied only to the medical portion of your services and memberships, in accordance with IRS guidelines.
Fitness, recovery, and performance services are not eligible for HSA / FSA reimbursement.
If you are using HSA or FSA funds, we require two cards on file:

Your HSA/FSA card is used only for the Medical membership.

A second card is used for all other services.
Because each member’s plan and services are different, all HSA / FSA payments must be configured by our staff to ensure proper allocation and compliance.
To use your HSA or FSA funds, please contact our team by phone or email, or visit us in person. We will walk you through your options and handle the setup for you.
Membership Terms

Initiation Fee

All new memberships include a one-time $75 initiation fee except for Medical, Pick 2, and Pick 3 membership packages, which do not have an initiation fee.
Commitment Terms

All membership monthly options require a 6-month commitments.
Annual Option

Pay for the year in advance and receive a 15% discount.

At the end of your annual term, your membership will automatically convert to a standard monthly membership at the current monthly rate (annual discount removed), unless you notify us prior to renewal that you would like to continue on the annual plan and retain your discounted rate.
Sales Tax

In accordance with Ohio law, sales tax is applied to all non-medical memberships and services.

Medical memberships and qualifying medical services are not subject to sales tax.

Because many members choose a combination of medical and non-medical services, all tax calculations and allocations are handled by our staff at the time of setup to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Our Day, Week, and Month Passes are the perfect way to experience THE ARMORY and see if it is the right fit for you. Come train, recover, and explore everything we offer, no pressure, no long-term commitment, just real results and a real experience.
Gym Passes include 24/7 access to Grandview Pro Fitness and Worthington Pro Fitness, plus same-day access to THE ARMORY Weight Room during regular business hours.
Recovery Passes include everything in the Gym Pass, plus access to THE ARMORY Plunge Room during regular business hours.

All Day, Week, and Month Passes activate immediately upon purchase and expire based on the selected duration (1 day, 7 days, or 30 days from time of purchase), not from your first visit. Upon purchase, you will receive instant 24/7 access to Grandview Pro Fitness and Worthington Pro Fitness by downloading the Brivo Mobile Pass app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, along with same-day access to THE ARMORY Weight Room during its regular business hours.

Standalone and simple. Download once and you’re set — your digital key for secure access to our facilities. In some areas, you can use facial recognition — fast, private, and highly secure. Facial data is encrypted and never shared.
