Membership Terms

Initiation Fee

All new memberships include a one-time $75 initiation fee except for Medical, Pick 2, Pick 3 membership packages, which have no initiation fee.
Commitment Terms

All membership monthly options are 6-month commitments.
Annual Option

Pay for the year in advance and receive a 15% discount.

At the end of your annual term, your membership automatically converts to a monthly membership at the monthly rate (discount removed) unless you notify us that you’d like to renew for another full year upfront and keep your annual savings.
