Mental Performance Training helps athletes master the mental side of performance through focused, interactive sessions that build confidence, focus, and composure under pressure. Designed for middle school, high school, and college athletes from all sports, these classes turn proven sports psychology strategies into real, game-day tools — helping athletes think sharper, react faster, and compete stronger.
Meet Coach Tiffanie

Tiffanie Paige
MS Applied Sport & Performance Psychology (CMPC Candidate)
Tiffanie has spent nearly 20 years serving others as a firefighter and paramedic, where she discovered a passion for human performance under pressure. Today, she applies that same focus to helping athletes and professionals develop confidence, composure, and mental toughness.
She is completing her graduate internship at THE ARMORY while finishing her Master’s in Applied Sport and Performance Psychology and certification as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC).
These Mental Fitness sessions are free for a limited time — an opportunity for athletes to experience elite-level mental performance training at no cost.
