ARMORY Strength & Conditioning is an elite program based in Columbus, Ohio, dedicated to improving injury resilience, maximizing genetic potential, and fostering character development.
We design tailored training programs based on each athlete’s individual assessment, injury history, and competitive schedule. Our program emphasizes strength, power, speed, change of direction, and corrective work, while utilizing the latest sports science technology to identify weaknesses and validate improvements.

Bridging the Gap
THE ARMORY Strength & Conditioning Program serves the individual athlete by addressing needs that often go unmet in school-based skills and strength training.
No matter how strong the training at their school may be, the combination of sport practices and the primary goals of a school’s strength program often leaves insufficient time to train optimally within a busy scholastic schedule.
We bridge this gap by communicating with school coaches and assessing each athlete’s unique needs. This ensures their program is tailored to develop the physical qualities that may be overlooked or undertrained due to the time constraints of school-based training.

Designed Differently
ARMORY Strength & Conditioning is a Division 1–level, professional strength and conditioning program—not a group fitness class or casual drop-in training service. ASC is built on developing strong parent–athlete–coach relationships while delivering individualized programming within a supportive group environment.
Each athlete is individually evaluated and assessed to ensure the best approach for their development and success. Training plans are customized and progressed for athletes ranging from 6th grade through the professional level.

Intake Process
We assess strength, range of motion, and asymmetries using cutting-edge Sports Science technology, including ForceDeck, ForceFrame, NordBord, DynaMo, and SmartSpeed. These advanced tools provide precise data that help us identify imbalances, monitor progress, and create personalized training plans to improve performance and reduce injury risk.

Training Focus
We focus on key aspects vital to maximizing athletic performance, including strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, mobility, and injury prevention. Our evidence-based approach ensures athletes train efficiently and safely for their sport.

T.E.A.C.H
We focus on the key fundamentals needed to become a better teammate, competitor, and overall person. Through T.E.A.C.H., athletes develop the mindset, discipline, and character traits that elevate both their performance and their impact on those around them.

At THE ARMORY in Columbus, Ohio, we use the same cutting-edge technology trusted by Power 4 Division I colleges, the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, and the U.S. Olympic Team.
Our integrated team of strength and conditioning coaches, skills coaches, physicians, physical therapists, and registered dietitians leverages these tools to deliver personalized training, nutrition, and recovery programs. This comprehensive approach helps athletes prevent injuries, maximize performance, and achieve their full potential.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything in this program is predicated upon what the athlete needs. Junior Alpha training sessions can range from 60-90 minutes. Alpha training sessions can range from 75-105 minutes. We are not dependent upon a set time but ensuring that the necessary work is completed to maximize the athletes we are training.
