Sarah earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Elon University and bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University.
Sarah is Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Sarah is certified in orthopedic manual therapy, dry needling level 1 & 2, Graston Technique, and running rehabilitation.

Frequently Asked Questions
During the initial evaluation, patients will be examined and provided treatment including hands on interventions, as well as therapeutic exercises.

Additional treatment will be determined by the therapist at the initial evaluation based on patients’ needs.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
Our Cancellation & No Show Policy is an effort to continue to provide the highest quality care and to reach the most patients possible.

If we do not receive at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling, a $75 fee will be applied to your account.
