Gym membership has no initiation fee and no minimum contract, so you can cancel anytime. Medical membership has no initiation fee and a 3-month minimum commitment. Medical + Gym has a 3-month minimum, and during those 3 months you can downgrade to medical only. To cancel, submit your request before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Once a payment has been billed, that cycle is non-refundable and you keep access through the paid period. Annual plans are paid in full up front, renew automatically each year unless canceled, and are not refunded for partial months. You can use an HSA or FSA to pay for the medical portion of a membership, but not the gym portion.
