Both. Private sessions are one-on-one with your coach, and group sessions are coached small groups, usually three to eight athletes. Buy a single session, or a 5-pack or 10-pack for a better per-session rate.

Yes. The 5-pack and 10-pack expire 6 months from the date of purchase. A single session has no expiration.
Yes. Our athlete strength and conditioning program is open to volleyball players who want to build their athleticism alongside their skills. Ask a coach about the best way to add it.
