From our clients

What they say.

I've been working with Wendy for about 2 months, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Before we started, I felt stagnant in my weight training and lacked a clear direction. Wendy developed a personalized plan and has challenged me to make progress in my resistance training in ways I wouldn't have achieved on my own. Her positive attitude, encouragement, and motivation during every session have already made a noticeable difference. I especially appreciate her emphasis on proper lifting technique, which not only improves my workouts but also helps prevent injuries and sets me up for continued strength gains. I highly recommend Wendy to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, motivating trainer. I'm excited to continue working with her and look forward to every session.

Brian · Personal training client of Wendy Massey

Sometimes I don't even want to do my personal training, but after each session with Tyler Hunt I always feel stronger and empowered. Great facility, great vibes, and a real community feeling.

Questions

Good to know.

Personal training is a membership built around how many sessions a month you want, with 30- or 60-minute options: Basic (8 a month), Plus (12 a month), or Elite (16 a month). There is no initiation fee and a 3-month minimum. Your sessions roll over month to month while your membership stays active and are forfeited if you cancel, and you can change your sessions per month or switch between the 30- and 60-minute plans yourself. Personal training is standalone and does not require a medical or gym membership.

Usually, yes. Personal training is one-on-one with a certified trainer, but if you have a friend or two who want to train alongside you at the same time, we can make that happen.

That is exactly who this is for. Your trainer meets you where you are and builds the fundamentals first, then progresses you as you are ready.

The best way is to fill out the get-started form, and we will match you with a trainer who fits your goals.

You can cancel your membership anytime, once any minimum commitment for your plan is complete. To avoid your next charge, submit your cancellation before your next billing (renewal) date. Canceling stops future billing, but it does not refund a payment that has already been processed. If you cancel on or after your billing date, that cycle has already been charged and is not refundable, and you keep access for the rest of that paid period. For example, if your membership renews on the first of the month, cancel on or before the last day of the previous month to avoid the next charge. There are no partial or prorated refunds.
