Brey earned her Associate’s in Sports Kinesiology from Howard University and her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science with minors in Sports Nutrition and Biology from Ohio Dominican University. She is an ACSM-certified Exercise Physiologist.

Christine earned her Bachelor of Science from Miami University of Ohio in Health and Sports Studies with a focus on Exercise Science. She is also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
