Group Fitness
At THE ARMORY, group fitness is more than a class — it’s your entry point into a full ecosystem of care, coaching, and connection.
Unlike studios that only offer workouts, THE ARMORY in Columbus, Ohio is a complete performance and wellness facility. Our group fitness program includes a wide range of formats — from strength and conditioning to mobility and combat-inspired movement — designed to challenge your body, sharpen your mind, and keep training fun and effective.
What sets us apart is everything around the workout. Our group classes are backed by on-site physical therapy, nutrition coaching, medical care, recovery services, and elite coaches across multiple disciplines. You’re not just showing up for a class — you’re stepping into a system built for long-term health and performance.
Classes are open to all — no membership required. Members get discounted rates (20% off for SHIELD, 10% off for Standard and Pro Fitness), but everyone receives the same high-level instruction and support.
You’ll train with people of all ages and backgrounds in a space where you're known, coached, and challenged — not just cycled through. At THE ARMORY, you’re part of a community that values effort, consistency, and connection. Our mission is to help you feel stronger, sharper, and more supported — with the tools and team to match.
