Dr. Bishop is a physical therapist with unique expertise spanning elite athletes, Olympic medalists, and military operators. She graduated from Appalachian State University and Elon University's Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Her career includes advanced training through The Institute for Athlete Regeneration, where she completed a fellowship in manual sports physical therapy. She is a board-certified orthopedic specialist and belongs to the elite group of fellowship-trained PTs in the state. She specializes in advanced manual and recovery techniques, including dry needling, blood-flow restriction training, and cupping, while focusing on biomechanics, resilience, and long-term performance durability. Her philosophy is not just to restore patients to baseline, but to help them return stronger, faster, and more capable than before injury.
