Physician, engineer, and founder of THE ARMORY. Dr. Bailey earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and his M.D. from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. After completing his Internal Medicine residency at Riverside Hospital in 2004, he and Meredith launched their first practice, Hayden Run Internal Medicine, which has since evolved into THE ARMORY, a comprehensive health, fitness, and performance facility dedicated to delivering integrated, evidence-based care.

Dr. Jacko brings more than 35 years of medicine to THE ARMORY, with training in internal medicine and sports medicine and a career centered on performance, hormones, and men's health. No, we do not bill insurance. That is how we keep visits unhurried and pricing clear, with the cost shown up front and no surprise bills. Labs are the one place insurance can come into play: you can pay us directly at our discounted member rate, or run them through your insurance instead, in which case your plan sets the price and member pricing does not apply.

Yes. Primary care is built to be your medical home for everyday and preventive care, and we coordinate labs, specialists, and referrals when you need them.

Your medical care team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, registered dietitians, and exercise physiologists, all working together on your care, so you are never limited to one provider.

You can cancel your membership anytime. Only medical and Medical + Gym memberships have a 3-month minimum; every other membership is month to month with no minimum. To avoid your next charge, submit your cancellation before your next billing (renewal) date. Canceling stops future billing, but it does not refund a payment that has already been processed. If you cancel on or after your billing date, that cycle has already been charged and is not refundable, and you keep access for the rest of that paid period. For example, if your renewal date falls on the 12th, cancel on or before the 11th to avoid that charge. There are no partial or prorated refunds. Annual plans are paid in full up front for twelve months and are non-refundable; they renew automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.
