GroupFit

     GroupFit at THE ARMORY is more than just another workout class. It’s about rediscovering your strength, training with intention, and being part of a community that challenges and supports you every step of the way. Our instructor-led classes are held at consistent times each week and are designed to improve strength, conditioning, mobility, and confidence - while keeping you motivated through accountability and variety.

     Unlike studios that only provide workouts, GroupFit is backed by a complete performance system: full service gym access, on-site medical care, physical therapy, recovery services, and nutrition support. Every class is structured to help you train safely, progress steadily, and have fun doing it.

     GroupFit at THE ARMORY - Level up your training with our best-value membership: $199/month for unlimited GroupFit and SportFit classes, along with complete access to the main weight room.
Prefer to drop in? Class packages of 1, 5, or 10 are available. New Client Special also available - 3 classes for $30.

OneFit

Work one-on-one with an ARMORY certified trainer for workouts tailored exactly to your needs and goals. Every session includes expert instruction, form correction, and progress tracking.

OneFit is the most personalized format - perfect if you want maximum accountability, customization, and direct feedback.

FriendFit

Train Together. Push Harder. Go Further.

Work out with 2–4 participants in a fun, social setting that still gives you plenty of individual attention. You’ll push harder alongside others while being guided by a certified trainer.

Pricing: 60-minute sessions. Packages of 1, 5 or 10 sessions.


FriendFit blends the best of both worlds - the accountability and camaraderie of training with others, paired with more focus and coaching than a large class.

VirtualFit gives you the full ARMORY coaching experience, no matter where you are. Your trainer designs a personalized program, adapts it as you progress, and holds you accountable through the TeamBuildR app. Whether you’re at home, on the road, or in another state, VirtualFit keeps you consistent and connected to your goals.

Strength Lab is a progressive program designed to build stronger, more resilient athletes. Each full-body session develops strength, mobility, and stability through intentional movement and sound technique. You’ll train with TRX, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, trapbars, medicine balls, and bodyweight equipment to improve muscular endurance, functional power, and overall performance. With clear progressions and modifications for every fitness level, you’ll leave each session feeling stronger, more capable, and ready for the next step in your training.​

Battle Rounds

This high-energy class blends boxing fundamentals - footwork, movement, range, and striking - with strength circuits to build real-world power and resilience. Led by former D2 football player and pro MMA fighter Kobe Woodall, each session is designed to improve confidence, sharpen technique, and push your limits. No experience needed. Bringing your own gloves and hand wraps is encouraged for comfort and safety.​

Forge: Lower Body

With Hannah Pany

Thursday: 7:30am, 5:00pm

Lower Body Power is a strength-and-conditioning class built to develop powerful legs, strong glutes, and reliable movement control. You’ll train with bodyweight movements, dumbbells, barbells, trap bars, kettlebells, TRX, and more to build strength across squats, hinges, lunges, and explosive lower-body patterns. Each session combines targeted strength work with conditioning efforts to challenge your endurance and improve overall athletic capacity. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more stable, and ready to generate serious power from the ground up.

Xtreme Hip Hop

With Virginia Jones

Wednesday: 9:15am

This energizing step-aerobics class blends cardio, rhythm, and strength training for a workout that feels more like fun than exercise. Set to upbeat music, participants learn choreographed step patterns that build coordination, stamina, and confidence.  Routines are clearly broken down so beginners can keep up while advanced participants have room to push themselves further. Expect to sweat, smile, and move to the beat in a high-energy, supportive atmosphere. Every class leaves you feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of your progress.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is slightly heated in an 85 degree room. This class is an energizing, fast-paced class that blends strength, flow, and mindfulness. Expect dynamic sequences that build heat, increase stamina, and improve flexibility, all guided by intentional breathwork to keep you present and connected. This practice challenges both body and mind, helping you move with purpose and leave feeling grounded, empowered, and renewed. Blocks and bands may be used during class. All levels are welcomed!​

Forge Circuit

The Forge Circuit is a station-based training session engineered to elevate athletic performance. You’ll move through targeted stations that develop power, strength, agility, and work capacity—challenging your body to perform under intensity and fatigue. Each workout is structured to improve efficiency, sharpen movement quality, and push your competitive edge. Expect a demanding, high-output environment that leaves you winded, resilient, and proud as hell of the work you put in.

Forge: Lower Body

Forge: Full Body is a total-body strength and conditioning class designed to build balanced, athletic performance. You’ll move through powerful strength blocks and high-energy conditioning efforts using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, trap bars, TRX, bodyweight work, and conditioning tools like treads and rowers. Each session challenges every major muscle group while elevating your cardiovascular engine, improving movement efficiency, and boosting overall work capacity. Expect a fast-paced, performance-driven environment that leaves you stronger, fitter, and ready for anything.

Metcon

MetCon blends weight training, cardio intervals, and bodyweight movements to build total-body strength and conditioning. Each session emphasizes proper form, power output, and sustainable endurance—with every workout fully scalable to your current fitness level. This class delivers a supportive, high-energy environment with constantly varied programming that challenges, motivates, and builds well-rounded athletic performance.​

Forge: Upper Body

Forge: Upper Body  is a strength-and-conditioning workout designed to build a stronger, more explosive upper body. Using a mix of bodyweight training, dumbbells, barbells, trap bars, TRX, and more, you’ll develop powerful pushing and pulling patterns while improving shoulder stability, core control, and overall athletic performance. Each session blends focused strength work with conditioning bursts to challenge your endurance and elevate your work capacity. Expect a high-energy, form-driven training environment that leaves your arms, shoulders, chest, and back feeling stronger, more defined, and ready to perform.

Powerhouse Pilates

With Alissa Ray & Hannah Pany

Wednesday: 6:45pm

Sunday: 9:00am

Powerhouse Pilates strengthens you from the inside out through breath-driven, low-impact movement. This 60-minute class focuses on deep core activation, joint stability, mobility, and controlled lower-body work. Expect plank variations, high-rep/low-weight exercises, and intentional movements that build strong mind-to-muscle connection. We occasionally use light weights, loop bands, ankle weights, and weighted rings to increase the challenge. Low impact doesn’t mean low intensity - you’ll leave feeling centered, strong, and fully engaged.

Teen Yoga (Grades 8-12)

Designed for teens in grades 8–12, this restorative class blends gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Each session promotes body awareness, balance, and recovery in a calm, encouraging atmosphere. The pace is relaxed but intentional - helping young athletes manage stress, improve mobility, and build lasting confidence both on and off the mat. It’s the perfect reset for active teens looking to stay grounded and perform at their best.

 

Adult Volleyball Fitness Sessions

     Get your midday game on! NoonBall is an hour-long, high-energy pickup basketball session open to all skill levels. Whether you’re looking to stay active, sharpen your skills, or just enjoy some friendly competition, this is your chance to hit the court and connect with other members.
