GroupFit

GroupFit at THE ARMORY is more than just another workout class. It’s about rediscovering your strength, training with intention, and being part of a community that challenges and supports you every step of the way. Our instructor-led classes are held at consistent times each week and are designed to improve strength, conditioning, mobility, and confidence - while keeping you motivated through accountability and variety.
Unlike studios that only provide workouts, GroupFit is backed by a complete performance system: full service gym access, on-site medical care, physical therapy, recovery services, and nutrition support. Every class is structured to help you train safely, progress steadily, and have fun doing it.

OneFit
Personalized Training. Proven Results.
Work one-on-one with an ARMORY certified trainer for workouts tailored exactly to your needs and goals. Every session includes expert instruction, form correction, and progress tracking.
Pricing: 60-minute sessions. Packages of 1, 5 or 10 sessions.
OneFit is the most personalized format - perfect if you want maximum accountability, customization, and direct feedback.
FriendFit
Train Together. Push Harder. Go Further.
Work out with 2–4 participants in a fun, social setting that still gives you plenty of individual attention. You’ll push harder alongside others while being guided by a certified trainer.
Pricing: 60-minute sessions. Packages of 1, 5 or 10 sessions.
FriendFit blends the best of both worlds - the accountability and camaraderie of training with others, paired with more focus and coaching than a large class.


VirtualFit
Coaching That Travels With You
VirtualFit gives you the full ARMORY coaching experience, no matter where you are. Your trainer designs a personalized program, adapts it as you progress, and holds you accountable through the TeamBuildR app. Whether you’re at home, on the road, or in another state, VirtualFit keeps you consistent and connected to your goals.
Pricing: $100 per month with unlimited access to your evolving, personalized program.

Strength Lab is a progressive program designed to build stronger, more resilient athletes. Each full-body session develops strength, mobility, and stability through intentional movement and sound technique. You’ll train with TRX, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, trapbars, medicine balls, and bodyweight equipment to improve muscular endurance, functional power, and overall performance. With clear progressions and modifications for every fitness level, you’ll leave each session feeling stronger, more capable, and ready for the next step in your training.
Powerhouse Pilates

Powerhouse Pilates strengthens you from the inside out through breath-driven, low-impact movement. This 60-minute class focuses on deep core activation, joint stability, mobility, and controlled lower-body work. Expect plank variations, high-rep/low-weight exercises, and intentional movements that build strong mind-to-muscle connection. We occasionally use light weights, loop bands, ankle weights, and weighted rings to increase the challenge. Low impact doesn’t mean low intensity - you’ll leave feeling centered, strong, and fully engaged.
Metcon

MetCon blends weight training, cardio intervals, and bodyweight movements to build total-body strength and conditioning. Each session emphasizes proper form, power output, and sustainable endurance—with every workout fully scalable to your current fitness level. This class delivers a supportive, high-energy environment with constantly varied programming that challenges, motivates, and builds well-rounded athletic performance.
Xtreme Hip Hop

This energizing step-aerobics class blends cardio, rhythm, and strength training for a workout that feels more like fun than exercise. Set to upbeat music, participants learn choreographed step patterns that build coordination, stamina, and confidence. Routines are clearly broken down so beginners can keep up while advanced participants have room to push themselves further. Expect to sweat, smile, and move to the beat in a high-energy, supportive atmosphere. Every class leaves you feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of your progress.
