Bridging the Gap
Your Edge Starts Here.
ARMORY Strength & Conditioning Program serves the individual athlete by addressing needs that often go unmet in school-based strength and skills training.
No matter how strong a school’s training program may be, the demands of team practices and academic schedules often leave little time for individualized performance development. As a result, key physical qualities may be undertrained or overlooked.
We bridge that gap by working directly with school coaches and assessing each athlete’s unique needs. Our programming is tailored to develop the strength, speed, and resilience athletes need to thrive—both within and beyond their school environment.

Designed Differently
Driven by Data. Defined by Discipline.
ARMORY Strength & Conditioning isn’t a group fitness class — it’s a Division I level training system built on trust, accountability, and collaboration between parents, athletes, and coaches.
Every athlete begins with a comprehensive evaluation to identify their unique strengths, weaknesses, and performance goals. From middle school through the professional ranks, each program is customized and progressed to develop strength, speed, and resilience — helping every athlete reach their highest potential.

Intake Process
We begin with a full performance assessment using cutting-edge sports science tools like ForceDeck, ForceFrame, NordBord, DynaMo, and SmartSpeed. These technologies help us identify imbalances, assess strength and mobility, and establish a baseline. From there, we build a customized training plan designed to boost performance, enhance durability, and reduce injury risk—ensuring each athlete has the foundation needed to train safely, progress efficiently, and reach their full potential.

Training Focus
Our training targets the key components of athletic performance: strength, speed, power, agility, mobility, and endurance. We take an evidence-based approach that develops adaptable, well-rounded athletes. Whether in-season or off, our goal is to help each athlete train smarter, recover faster, and perform more consistently. This structure ensures they build not just physical capacity, but the resilience and efficiency needed to thrive in their sport long-term.

T.E.A.C.H
Through T.E.A.C.H, we build the mindset, discipline, and character that make athletes better teammates, leaders, and competitors. It’s about developing the whole person—not just physical skills. Athletes learn to lead by example, stay focused under pressure, and bring their best to every challenge. These values extend far beyond sport, helping them create a lasting impact in their teams, schools, families, and communities.
ARMORY Sports Science
Measure, Optimize, Repeat
THE ARMORY applies the same technology used by Division I power programs, pro leagues, and the U.S. Olympic Team. Our integrated team of coaches, physicians, therapists, and dietitians turns those insights into personalized training, nutrition, and recovery plans that prevent injuries, maximize output, and unlock potential.
You can’t improve what you don’t measure. By tracking strength, speed, body composition, and movement quality, we remove guesswork and make every rep count. Each metric drives smarter training, fueling, and recovery.
