Two ways to play
Join us to sharpen your skills and compete with our club teams. We operate under one roof with one staff, a unified coaching intention, a disciplined process, and a focus on development.
Track 01 · Train
Private coaching and group skills sessions that sharpen your skills and basketball IQ.
Track 02 · Compete
Our club team for grades 4 to 12, with no cuts. We compete in AAU and local tournaments, prioritizing player development.
The elite track

WNBA guard Jacy Sheldon trained with Coach Tyrel Jackson from high school through her rise to the league. A Dublin Coffman and Ohio State standout, she was the No. 5 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft. When her draft night came, she brought Coach Tyrel with her, and later gifted him her signed jersey, now displayed at THE ARMORY.
Private skills training is selective, one-on-one development for D1 and WNBA athletes and high school players pursuing Division I. It is the most demanding path we offer, and it is earned.
ARMORY Basketball Club · AAU alternative
The ARMORY Basketball Club is a development-first alternative to traditional AAU. We compete in AAU and local tournaments, but we do things differently, building skill, IQ, and confidence for the long run instead of just chasing wins. Athletes in grades 4 to 12 train, grow, and compete in a positive, accountable environment.

From our athletes
“We have been so impressed with our daughter's experience at THE ARMORY and ARMORY Basketball Club. The combination of skill development, strength training, and team competition in such a fun, positive environment has been incredible. With excellent coaching and training, she has grown in her skills, strength, and confidence, and she truly feels like part of THE ARMORY community. The on-site physical therapy has also been invaluable in helping her recover from injuries while still being able to participate and compete. We look forward to seeing her continue to grow there!”
Jenn Bash · Parent of a rising St. Francis DeSales freshman
“Our time at THE ARMORY has been a gift. We joined the teaching basketball program offered in the hopes to better prepare our daughter to play high school basketball. What we've experienced has far exceeded what we were seeking. My daughter is surrounded by coaches who push her to be better, motivate her to be a leader, and help her work through her challenge areas (no more traveling fouls!). We've seen her grow in technique, confidence, and a mindset that she is capable and worthy to be on the court with the best! The coaches and teammates are a part of our community, they cheer for her academically and athletically. We're all the better for being in THE ARMORY family.”

Basketball memberships
Memberships are the best way to develop, at the strongest value.
Included with every basketball membership
New to THE ARMORY? After you enroll, fill out our quick form so we can match you with the right coach and get you rolling.
Members get our strongest per-session value, and every membership includes access to our recovery tools, including the hot and cold contrast plunge. Memberships are a 3-month commitment, then continue month to month and auto-renew. You can cancel anytime once the 3-month commitment is complete, and switch tiers whenever you like. Unused session credits roll over while your membership stays active, and are forfeited immediately if you cancel.
How it works
Being a member is what gives you session credits each month, and higher tiers include more credits. Spend them across everything we offer:
Add-on
Add dedicated strength and conditioning to any basketball membership, at a bundle discount over the standalone price. It is run by our strength and conditioning coaching staff. Sessions also cover coach-led recovery, or you can use our recovery tools on your own as needed. Learn more about our strength and conditioning program.
The calendar
Our calendar shows group skills sessions, ARMORY Basketball Club practices, private sessions, and court rentals. You can book group skills sessions right here. Private sessions are scheduled directly with our coaching staff. Court rentals are arranged with our ARMORY operations staff, and they are not booked on the calendar.
Private training

The 5-pack and 10-pack expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
To schedule private sessions, reach out to Coach Tyrel Jackson (tjackson@wearethearmory.com) or Coach Kenzie Bicking (kbicking@wearethearmory.com).

Questions
Yes. Every basketball membership includes 24/7 access to the court and free use of The Gun 12k shooting machine by Shoot-A-Way. You can shoot around or play pickup games anytime the court is not in use for a basketball or volleyball group or private session, an ARMORY Basketball Club practice, or a rental. The Gun 12k is first come, first served, available whenever the court is open and the machine is not already being used.
In season, your membership keeps working for you:
Everyone from elementary school beginners to college and WNBA athletes. We offer group skills sessions and private training for all ages and skill levels. The ARMORY Basketball Club is designed for athletes in grades 4 to 12.

Private training
No. Tournaments are optional, and tournament fees are separate from your membership. You can choose which AAU and local tournaments to play based on what your athlete wants and what your schedule allows. Your membership covers club practices, your game uniform, and a practice jersey.
We know school, sports, and family life get busy. If your athlete misses a week, unused session credits roll over for the life of your membership and can be used on future training days, including our camps and clinics, as long as your membership stays active. If the membership is canceled, any unused credits are forfeited immediately. If you know you will be away for a stretch, reach out and we will help you plan how to best use your credits.
You have three options: email an ARMORY coach (Coach Tyrel at tjackson@wearethearmory.com, Coach Kenzie at kbicking@wearethearmory.com, or Coach Tish at letitiamcguff@wearethearmory.com), purchase a membership through our online store, or fill out our intake form. We will follow up with the next step to get you started training with ARMORY Basketball.
You can cancel your membership anytime, once any minimum commitment for your plan is complete. To avoid your next charge, submit your cancellation before your next billing (renewal) date. Canceling stops future billing, but it does not refund a payment that has already been processed. If you cancel on or after your billing date, that cycle has already been charged and is not refundable, and you keep access for the rest of that paid period. For example, if your membership renews on the first of the month, cancel on or before the last day of the previous month to avoid the next charge. There are no partial or prorated refunds.
Or walk in during a group skills session, and we will get you on the court.
